With over ten years of experience as a General Contractor and as a member of The American Society of Safety Engineers, Robert Coleman has developed an expertise in construction risk. He has implemented programs addressing accident investigation, regulatory compliance, workers’ compensation coverage issues, owner controlled insurance and OSHA requirements. He holds a certification as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and is an authorized trainer of OSHA 10 hour and OSHA 30 hour programs.

john pepper
John Pepper, P.E., founding principal of the
Pepper Engineering Group, has over 35 years
of structural and forensic engineering experience.
John has designed hundreds of buildings
and other structures, including the 40-story
Mystic Point Tower Condominium, which was
one of the tallest concrete buildings in Florida.
With a long list of affiliations, including being a
Fellow of the Florida Engineering Society, John
was the Structural Engineer Team Leader with
Miami-Dade Urban Search and Rescue on the
Oklahoma City Federal Building Bombing,
