Emilio F. Alvarez founded E.F. Alvarez & Company in 1974 as an accounting and consulting firm concentrating exclusively on construction clients. With almost 40 years of experience, he is a well regarded member of the construction accounting industry in South Florida. He is a member of CICPAC (Construction Industry CPA's Consultant Association), CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association), AGC (Associated General Contractors of America), AICPA (American Institute of CPA's), FICPA (Florida Institute of CPA's) and the Hard Hat Group.

With over ten years of experience as a General Contractor and as a member of The American Society of Safety Engineers, Robert Coleman has developed an expertise in construction risk. He has implemented programs addressing accident investigation, regulatory compliance, workers’ compensation coverage issues, owner controlled insurance and OSHA requirements. He holds a certification as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and is an authorized trainer of OSHA 10 hour and OSHA 30 hour programs.
